What are the steps you can take to create a more inclusive and attractive workplace?
We have started an initiative called Engineering the Future, that provides advice and support for companies looking to become more inclusive. Engineering the Future also supports candidates looking to return to the workforce after a period out, veterans looking to be able to sell their skills better, women looking to change careers and new migrants looking to get that first position in a new country.
